Fire Emblem Heroes (FEH) Walkthrough Comments
Just an FYI, i have 5* Xander, & i have never unlocked potential for a 3 or 4*. I've only done this the 1 time that's required for rank increase (or for something rewards related, can't remember what it was). I did a 2 star Alfonse, increasing to 3 star, so I'm 100% certain on this. I have never increased a 4* to 5*, & I'm almost certain i got him from using orbs to summon in an event. Sorry i can't give more details, but it was in my 1st cpl weeks playing.
