Next to the Kikwi Elder is a hole in the giant tree that you can crawl under. Inside are three pots that you can break and one of these contain a fairy. Use the Empty Bottle to catch the fairy.
If there are Blessed Butterflies in the area, use the Goddess's Harp near the wall to make the Goddess Wall appear.
Draw a Triforce on the Goddess Wall to receive three fairies as a reward. Alternatively, you can draw a heart symbol on the wall to receive ten hearts and use the Glittering Spores to convert these into fairies.
How to Draw Goddess Wall Symbols
If you have some Glittering Spores, you can use it to pour the contents on a heart to turn it into a fairy.
If you have a Heart Medal equipped, you can increase the number of hearts that appear after cutting grass or breaking pots. This easily allows you to fill all five Empty Bottles with fairies.
How to Get the Glittering Spores
If you lose all your hearts and have a bottled Fairy in your Adventure Pouch, the item will be used automatically to revive you with six hearts.
Hold down the R Button on the right Joy-Con to bring up the Pouches menu. Point the controller at the Fairy and let go of the R Button to equip it.
Once you have equipped the Fairy, press the A Button to use it. Using the Fairy restores six hearts.
