Finding the Flying Plant is a Side Quest that can be started in Suthorn Village in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom (EoW). Learn more about how to unlock the Finding the Flying Plant side quest, as well as its walkthrough, rewards, and the location of the giant plat that flies.
List of Contents
Talk to the man standing in front of the house located southwest of Suthorn Village. He will be talking about a giant plant that flies when you converse with him.
Once the dialogue ends, you will begin the Finding the Flying Plant SIde Quest.
How to Complete | |
---|---|
1 | Once you've begun the Flying Plant Side Quest, conjure a giant plant that flies by summoning a Peahat Echo in front of him. |
2 | After you've summoned the Peahat Echo, a cutscene will follow and you will be rewarded with a Might Crystal. |
Peahat |
Description |
---|---|
A large plant creature that spins its spiky roots to attack. Like most plants, it is vulnerable to fire. |
You can encounter a Peahat Echo after you've reached the Suthorn Forest. Head east and find a cave with two Braziers placed outside.
The cave is located just south of the waypoint closest to the Suthorn Ruins.
Peahat Echo Location and How to Get
You can summon a Rock Echo and repeatedly throw it at the spinning Peahat to fend it off. Since it flies, try to time it so that it is not too high up so that your throw will hit.
Alternatively, if you've obtained Ignizol echoes nearby, those can set the Peahat on fire to deal damage over time. Defeating and learning the Peahat Echo makes for a strong combat option in the early game.
Best Echoes for Combat and Exploration
You will be able to receive a Might Crystal as a reward after completing the Finding the Flying Plant Side Quest.
