This is a Fire team that can easily activate Fire Bursts through Tristan (Dual Swords) and Tioreh (Grimoire), then overpowers enemies with Slater (Greatsword)'s damage. Another benefit of this team is that it can include Guila (Sword and Shield) as a support unit to provide shields for additional durability.
It excels not only in Burst efficiency, but also offers numerous opportunities to boost the team’s overall power, leading to a strong configuration that's usable in nearly all game content and has few weaknesses.

Grimoire is Recommended for Support
Tioreh's recommended weapon type is Grimoire, as she excels as a support in Fire teams. Not only does Tioreh (Grimoire) lower the enemy's Fire resistance, but her Normal Skill and Ultimate Move can continue dealing damage after switching characters, boosting the overall damage of Fire teams.

Tioreh as a Grimoire User
Combustion Reduces Enemy Damage
Tioreh (Grimoire) is a Fire support who can inflict the Combustion effect on enemies by dealing damage with Normal Attacks enhanced by Special Attacks. Combustion reduces the target's attack power and boosts the effectiveness of her Ultimate Move, Dragon Breath.
Additionally, her Normal Attacks deal increasing damage each time they hit an enemy affected by Combustion. This debuff is Tioreh (Grimoire)’s greatest strength, so it’s best to keep an eye on the cooldown of her Special Attacks to ensure you apply the effect continuously.
Fire Ejection Helps Activate Fire Bursts
Tioreh (Grimoire)'s Normal Skill, Fire Ejection, is a continuous AoE attack that can remain in place even when switching characters after its activation.
After activating Tioreh (Grimoire)'s Normal Skill, switching to another Fire character with excellent burst efficiency, like Tristan (Dual Swords), can help build up Fire Bursts more quickly.
Tioreh as a Wand User
Healing Fox Provides AoE Healing
Tioreh (Wand) is a Fire healer who can heal all allies within range through her Normal Skill, Healing Fox.
Note that Healing Fox provides continuous healing over a set amount of time, so it's better to use it somewhere out of the enemy's attack range or at a safe distance where you can still attack while healing.
Bear Embrace Boosts Allies' Defense
Tioreh (Wand)'s Special Attack, Bear Embrace, can increase the Defense of all characters in your party based on how long you keep its stance. Maintaining the stance for 3 seconds, which is the limit, will increase your allies' Defense by 15%.
Since Bear Embrace can be applied without restrictions, it can boost the durability of any team composition regardless of its elements.
Use Fire Strike to Heal While in a Pinch
Tioreh (Wand)'s Passive allows her to quickly restore 15% of HP whenever she uses her Tag Skill, Fire Strike, while at 30% HP or lower.
Although Fire Strike's cooldown is around 21 seconds, the ability to instantly recover HP in emergencies is extremely useful, especially during boss battles where opportunities to heal safely are hard to come by.
Tioreh as a Staff User
Boosts Defense when Earth Bursts are Activated
Tioreh (Staff)'s Passive increases your entire team's Defense by 25% for 40 seconds whenever an ally activates an Earth Burst. Since her Passive takes effect just by having her in your party, Tioreh (Staff) is a good choice when you want to improve the durability of Earth teams.
Celestial Bloom Increases Allies' Earth Damage
Tioreh (Staff)'s Special Attack, Celestial Bloom, can increase the Earth damage of allies that are within range. Aside from your own characters, the buff can also be applied to characters of others in multiplayer, making it useful in a variety of content.
Despite Celestial Bloom's short cooldown, its effect has a long duration, so it's easy to maintain a buffed state without even thinking about it.
Summon: Sheep Builds Up Enemies' Burst Gauge
Tioreh (Staff) can use her Normal Skill, Summon: Sheep, to deploy Wool in the surrounding area. When enemies step on the Wool, their Burst Gauge is increased by 100.
Since the Wool lands on the ground, you might need to lead the target to step on them. The Wool stays in place even after switching characters, so it's recommended to immediately switch to another character after using Summon: Sheep.
