Recruit Hugo and Talk to Him

To use an Old Book, you'll need to recruit Hugo first. Then talk to him in your base's library. Only Hugo can decipher the contents of each old book which, once deciphered, contain useful content for your adventure, like how to recruit people or the prices of different Antique Items.
