Can't progress story line due to game break bug involving saving vanguard Moara. All enemy NPC are dead and naked when boarding ship and have no loot, including the key to open the door. No clip hacking past the door doesn't work ether as Moara won't respond when trying to talk to him.
Juno's Gambit quest. I'm undcoked from the ship already and it still says I have to undock. Also can't find the ship
LANDING SCENES OR LACK OF AFTER THE FIRST LANDING.
Went to kreet and discovered all the points of interest. Game crashed so I loaded back in and all the poi's reset back to undiscovered so I couldn't fast travel to any of them.
Activity: Suspicious Activity quest does not progress past "Find the suspicious people just outside of UC Surplus." objective. When approaching the two NPCs, they do not initiate a conversation for you to eavesdrop on. I suspect it has something to do with the order in which the player completed other quests. Either gaining access to other areas before doing this quest or possibly stealing from the UC Surplus store before initiating this quest maybe?
I have the exact same issue tried talking to him everywhere even at the top of one of the buildings in neon and every time I get stuck looking at his face unable to do anything
When I land on a planet and try to exit it transports me 2000 meters away from my ship and if I fast travel back my ship doesnt render all the way it leaves the skin off .Happens on every planet I land on.

Landing Cutscenes not working , just fast travel to outside of my ship , please fix
In two seperate missions, first in the mission Tops Secrets. After choosing the option to get someone’s gun for a NPC, he tells me to go to a planets orbit and she will be there but no matter how many times I wait and travel between and out of the Sol system they do not appear at the mission marker location. This also is happening for the UC Sec question line where I need to go undercover and infilrate The Crimson Fleet
will not allow me to have more then 3 saves at a time (on xbox)
after the ‘top secrets’ Ryujin faction quest, the next quest won’t start no matter what i do.
New game+ level 50 after i did the quest with sam coe and brought the artifact back to the lodge. The story won't progress, says i don't have an artifact even though it's in my inventory. 80hrs into this shit game and i can't progress at all. Went back two saves and got back there only to have the same thing happen each time. The game is over for me . I won't start over.
In memoriam is bugged go back to lodge to talk to sona and she just keeps repeating the same line and it doesn’t let me talk to her.
The sabotage mission is bugged I have the sneak perk maxed out, using sneak buffs through aids, wearing operative gear, and moving as slowly as possible and I'm still getting detected by guards out of eyesight. It's making the mission impossible to complete in a stealthy manner
"The Empty Nest" doesn't recognize that I picked up the artifact even though it is in my inventory. I tried going back to an earlier save but it did not fix it. So, the Main quest line is blocked. Also, the Freestate Ranger quest line is blocked because after I left Hopetown there is no continuing quest in Neon.
Can progress the main story mission "into the unknown" it tells me to go to a planet but that's it I won't show me the location I need to go. Please fix this I got 30+ hrs and don't want to restart.

During Mission False Positives: After completing first series of tasks up to and and new task to wait 24hrs appears and along with it the post task to talk with Wilson appears with no ability to continue quest dialog. After the 24hrs quest appears finished and talking with Alpin your requirements are to speak with Wilson and have 2 objectives of Talk to Wilson, after completing his dialog Npc Wilson won't move to continue mission parameters leaving quest unfinished.
