I actually think it is pretty bad.

The Undercover Brella is a great skirmisher with lots of mobility and strafe-inking ability. It's best used by folks who are good at visually tracking a target and predicting their movements (ink mines help!) The long reach and width of the shots allows you to cut off avenues of escape to pin your opponent down with the sustained low-damage fire. Defensive strafing can help you avoid getting hit, and reefslider can also be used for making a quick escape! I consistently get #1 overall splatter.
The main weapon is pretty bad but its pretty good at making ink mine combos to get kills and reefslider can also go well with mines
