Shoot the Padlock to Open the First Locked Door

Head to the northeastern side of the house and find the open window at the back side. Use a long-range gun with a scope and peek through the window to shoot the padlock.

This opens the locked door that contains the generator that opens the second locked door.

Turn On the Generator to Open the Second Locked Door

Go inside the first locked door and find the generator on the right side. Turn on the generator and flip the lever at the wall to open the second locked door.

The stast at the Pig Farm is located at the northeastern side of the house on the north. It is locked behind a door that requires you to turn on the generator inside another locked door.
