Check here for a step-by-step guide on how to save your replays from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Have a unforgettable match you want to save? Here is everything you need to do in order to save it!

How to Save Replays

Press Y at the Results Screen to Save

After a match, the results screen will appear and show details of the match, including who took which stocks and how many times players lost stocks. At this screen, press the Y button to save your match. When the screen asks you if you would like to save, press Yes.

  1. Select "Vault" from the home screen
  2. Select "Replays"
  3. Select "Replay Data"
  4. Select the video you wish to play

First, select Vault from the right side of the home screen.

2. Select Replays

Next, select Replays on the top right side of the screen.

3. Select Replay Data

After selecting Replay, choose Replay Data.

4. Select the Video

Select the replay data that you wish to view. By selecting it, you can watch your match once again.

How to Turn your Replay into a Video

You need an SD Card

To save your replay as a video, you will need an micro SD card.

Steps to turn replays into a video
  1. Select "Vault" from the home screen
  2. Select "Replays"
  3. Select "Replay Data"
  4. Select the Video
  5. Select "Convert to Video"

First, select Vault from the right side of the home screen.

2. Select Replays


Next, select Replays on the top right side of the screen.

3. Select Replay Data

After selecting Replay, choose Replay Data.

4. Select the Video you want to Save

Select the replay data that you wish to save.

5. Select Convert to Video

Select Convert to Video and your video will be saved under the Video tab. You can now edit it.

      Depends on who it is you struggle against. I'd say generally someone like Wolf or Palu is a good secondary for any character. Byleth's largest drawback is mobility and frame data, so a character with faster options and movement is your best bet.

      As Marth has great range and framedata, a good matchup will be a character that can whiff punish with quick burst options, and have a way to get in and find an opening! Quick characters with excellent frame data, like Pika, Greninja, or Sheik, ZSS, or Sonic are our top recommendations!
