Seems that the rating calculation with level 0 is not correct (according the published formula). Substats rating should be calculated by Value/MaxPossibleValue. For level 0 seems to be Value/MinPossibleValue.
You need to update this. New characters and artifact sets are not available.
I find this app really helpful, but you need to set artifact to lvl 20 ALWAYS for it to work. If your artifact has score of B when it has 14 lvl or higher, then it's not worthy to upgrade unless app shows you another character with S rank or A. I'm really up for this app, waiting for Mavuika and other new characters. Keep the good work!!
What's the average time it takes for a character to be added from banner release to being added to this system? (Chasca has been out for a banner and half, but still not in this system)
It's hard to believe that you can evaluate an artifact without knowing the type of build of the character. For example, if I want to play Zhongli as a shielder but also as a burst sub-dps, maybe I'll want 2x Petra and 2x Noblesse as a set. And a ton of Crit. If I want to play Raiden as a dps or as a sub-dps, it changes a lot, based on the constellations and the weapon. N.B. The burst of my Zhongli reaches 150k damage, which is nice for a sub dps I guess.
Clearly WIP Hopefully someone will make a tool like "Fribbels HSR optimizer" for windows. Awesome tool for only ofr HSR :(
Can the level 0 artifact be fixed? Its always SSSSSSS rank when filling in info. Also having per rank like 12 or 16 would be nice as well. I have some sitting on 16 and im curious how good it is compared to something new i got. (Yes i know through leveling it can change, but the baseline is still important) Thank you for reading

Very good but I think setting different value to differentiate between sands, circlets, and goblets in the calculations is a must for a future build. Especially since the current build of the score checker undervalues the main stats of sand pieces giving them a much lower rating than those of an optimal circlet or goblet.
character choice should be optional, ppl maybe just want to see which char has a good rating
