After consisitent wins and losses on TCG I'd say a broken and more meta team would comprise of Heizou, Sethos and Dvalin!

Yeah I would say this is undeniably THE Meta™ deck, there currently is not a deck that can outperform this one.

After using this deck, overloaded is also a sub-reaction you could take advantage of. Fischl's + Lyney's summons and/or Fischl's and the Burning summon both create Overloaded. I don't recommend using weapons for this deck because they take up too much elemental dice.
I assume the healing cards are to allow Nadiha and Lyney to live longer, since Nadiha is the focus of the deck and Lyney has self-dmg, but not entirely sure. It also combines in a small way with In Every House a Stove, since it causes longer games. Tandoori makes sense since you're spamming skills. I cannot explain Dunyarzad and Yayoi. Everything else not mentioned is just generally good cards, not particularly combo related as far as I'm aware. Could be wrong, I didn't make it.
For the equipments: Vourukasha's glow works well with Lyney, since he deals 1 dmg to himself a lot. Gilded dreams is also decent, as you're often popping off an absurd amount of elemental reactions. Lyresong allows for repositioning of both of them, and Boar Princess also gets more value from the swapping around. Laurel Coronet helps pop Nadiha's skills and burst faster, since they're the crux of the combo.
Haven't been using it much, but it mostly focuses on using Nadiha to get a ton of dendro effects off, with either of Nadiha's skills, and burst for Shrine of Maya. If you do burning, it basically just dumps even more fire, allowing for even more combos, and quicken allows for even more dmg. Fischl and Lyney both have summons that allow for more applications.
