Bruh, his ascension stat should've been crit rate. Literally all S+ DPS chars have either crit rate or crit DMG. Too bad he was released before Fontaine, where we actually saw how broken characters can be.

This comment section is filled with so many illiterate and lame people. This site ranks character tier based on how is overall perceived by a regular average player. Yes, some of you "super skilled" players can always clear abyss with any character, but that doesn't mean every single players can understand the mechanics or has good enough artifacts, ping or weapons to build them. Some characters are easy to use, deals better in general damage and has robust mechanics, that's how they are ranked.

He is still in SS if he has Nahida and Shinobu with him. Otherwise he is only in S rank. To optimize his rotation in C0 he needs Raiden, Fischl to increase his charging speed.
I passed full abyss with team 2 with him - Nahida- Fischl - Shinobu, no need to change team
Still practically SS at lower investment, and still S at higher investment. Has good AoE too.

Exactly. People are forgetting that practically any 5 star DPS can do pretty well. They might not be able to solo or kill a boss in 10 seconds, but you can get through the whole game with diluc if you build him well. Main who you want- don't main meta. Besides, the SS characters on this site arent really f2p friendly, so they arent even that much better.
