So you're saying you don't need heizou to have good teammates to do good damage? I guess you just don't understand where his DPS comes from them. Try searching what taser teams are.

it’s their opinion. If the person think he any tier then ok! It’s THEIR opinion. I hate genshin fan that get soo upset when someone have their own opinion about something and trying to argue with them.
you like said “a 5-star having BiS vs Heizou” that’s why I said lore. He don’t need other character just to do big damage. Their no weak or strong character in the game. Every character in the game can do big damage if you really build them correctly. I’m literally yoimya main. Yoi does 60-90k per shot without support. Any character can solo something. You should alest apologize to the person gender you assume.
Also, don't forget Heizou actually needs other characters to pull their own weight for HIM to deal more dmg, since he is an elemental reaction driver (like DPS Sucrose). Then compare it to everyone in S rank who can solo carry in some form

Go time your fight with the Samurai dude and compare Heizou's TTK with any of the S Rank. No way will he beat Yoi, who's actually the weakest S rank right now. No one here talking about lore. This is a pure DMG to numbers game, something Heizou can't do in a 1:1 Artifact to subststat comparison to the weakest 5 stars
In lore yes. ( remind y’all this isn’t a pvp game) But in pve is a different story. This is about main dps. Not them fighting each other. I agree with the person saying he deserves s tier. i see a lot of people all over tik tok doing big damage with him (the same way with 5 star that’s in s tier) and please don’t assume someone gender, that’s really rude.
