maybe they just don't care about meta and tier list and they build yhe character they want.also every character can be good and carrying with the right build despite which tier they are
yeahh and every video with him in like challenges they're like "Heizou carried"!! A C tier character cannot carry

no why, it only buffs NA/CA when DPS Heizou damage comes a lot from skill. Anemo/ATK is still better for personal DPS and VV for Team DPS
Using Twin Nephrite(very awesome 3star catalyst with decent crit rate) along with Attack percent Goblet and 4pcs shimenawa. Really good 20k hit. Along with Tenacious Kuki buffs. Very fun to build. ^^
additionally, the shimenawa attk buff has the same duration and CD as his E skill both 10 seconds. This can be easy repeating his E-skill as he likes.
New update builds with 4pcs Shimenawa makes dps Heizou much more better rapid punch damage after his E-skill. Just like Yoimiya.

Pyro-Swirl builds like Dehya Molten and Heizou anemo punch attacks is very effective. Add Kuki and Nahida to connect surround attacks easily ^^
U just builded him like Wanderer, dude I mean, he's Wanderer alternative
How you gonna do my boy dirty like that?! B tier?! He's S or SS for sure. You lowered his tier because he's not a button-smash unit - you have to use a little bit of strategy. I mean, dude can take out a Mitachurl at full HP with one hit... HE SLAUGHTERS!
Alhaitham is A tier at best, imo. Any character that can successfully kill themselves with their own skill doesn't deserve anything higher.
With bennet and yun jin everyone normal attacks are strong ;) Try DP + Wanderer bell weapon + faruzan, bennet and yun jin :)
I think dp is bad cus heizou's normal attacks deals low damage.
4pc VV if you want to drive your elemental sub dps and reactions. 4pc DP if you want an Anemo hypercarry - add Faruzan then.
Would 4pc VV or 4pc Desert Pavillion be better on him? I feel his page needs to be updated, as the builds don't mention the better 5 star weapons for him.
