if you dont have any good weapon for heizou just give him 4 piece of "Echoes of an Offering" with standard atk+anemo+crit rate
Oh right, I totally forgot Adding Faruzan so yeah take your pick to one of the three units.
If you want fast Heizou auto attacks, Charge attack with 4pcs Desert Pavillion set and the weapon must be Lost Prayer to Sacred Winds (elemental bonus up to 4 stacks max) Pair with Mika attackspeed buffs, a Thrilling Tales user before switching to Heizou for more regular ThrillTales attack buffs. Also add Ayato burst field for bonus normal attacks. He's pretty much fun to use! ^^
One of Heizou's passives pretty much similar support buff conditions as Rosaria. EM buffs party except Heizou, Crit Rate buffs party except Rosaria. xD but same Haircolor lol

Why not Pavillon?
What are you on about? He cant be build with ATK or EM depending on your needs. Same with Venti and Kazuha. They're all situation based.
Is this site a joke? The only build available is swirl em heizou and best reccomended weapon is skyward atlas?? Wtf?
Most of the DPS here rated too low. There are 3 outstanding DPS: Ganyu, Hu Tao and Ayaka (may be Alhaitham too, I didn't test him much) who fully deserve SS tier, and there many really great DPS, who deserve S tier. Some require more investment (Ningguang, Wanderer), some are niche (Nilou, Eula), some require dedicated supports (Wanderer again, Xiao, Cyno), but all of them have a great potential and deal a massive damage.
How is he rated so damn low? I just use the viridescent set with Widsith (4/5).. Mine is c6 and with only 136% crit dmg an 1.4k atk and no (!!) other supports or buffs he easliy do 75k dmg lol. Imagine using bennett and faruzan with him, godkiller. Even his weakness with charging his elemental is totally nonsense. You have 4 stacks much faster than the cd goes. the very only thing you need is a char to apply an element (I use Raiden for this, dont need more)
Hahaha the new set makes him my best dps by faaaar using normal attacks and he is fast and insanely fun to attack with
Wanderers signature weapon makes Heizou a freaking beast. I'd def put it in his top three weapons. I havent tried the new artifact set for wanderer on heizou but I'm certain thats another great set for him
Most people don't have him at high constellation but this guy is crazy good once you do and have the right gear. Absolutely mogs C0 Wanderer at C6. Tiers are an absolute joke as always.
Hey what about building him with the Scara(the new one idk its name)artifact set?
feel ya, I got both of them c4 before I got Heizou
Some error in one of Heizou weakness: "Holding his Elemental (Burst => Skill) makes him open to attacks, which cancel his Skill"
It seems to me that he just didn’t come out very well, the fact that he has an element of air doesn’t help him in any way. He also does not have the ability to trigger reactions with Dendro. + After the introduction of the dendro, all the old 5-star characters have become much stronger, and they easily overtake him in terms of damage
that could be explained by the fact that heizou is a 4* dps character thats released very late when most players already have built 5*s and meta 4*s
If you look at Abyss character usage stats for the latest patches 3.0-3.1, he has a usage percentage of 0.5-0.8%. YouTubers promoted him too much, in practice it is not so good and almost no one uses him.
