While i dont get Thoma when i got Heizou and Ning

I think everyone knows that you can do big damage with any character if you build them correctly
In this game, in a certain build (300% crit damage), QiQi can hit 600,000. The concept of damage in this game is very blunted, you can make almost any character hit hard. Some need more effort, others less, that's the difference.

Yes. Thats just how swirl based playstyle is. At c6 you should also just swap EM for crit. Being a sub-dps elemental reaction driver just makes EM BiS for swirl based dmg. But like what the guide said, (which is the same for venti) EM loses value when you fight against single targets.
So, his needs of EM or Crit is like Venti? (For Venti case, EM is his BiS, but Crit with high investment is better)
EM is stronger by less than 5% over crit build. EM is his main source of dmg, so thats why it should be better. Crit is still good though. It just that you get bigger numbers on skillnand burst
I dont care about tier, but cmon, he's good with EM or Crit build? (I have prefarm VV EM and the Crit one is from Anemo Trav)
