>>12164 Everyone except bow and catalyst characters can do "insane plunges" with c6 benny, xianyun and furina. Diluc got raised because he specifically has incredibly high plunge multipliers, while dehya's are pretty low for a claymore character. To put it into perspective, they're the same as Dori's. And if you use the plunging attacks, her burst is a DPS loss, and everyone benefits just as much from furina because everyone can vape at c6 benny.

i suggest a change to dehya in terms of rank for dps, with the introduction of furina as a whole her damage is increased a TON and with the right set (4pc emblem) she can have her burst often with no problem with rotations, not to mention just as diluc has been increased due to xianyun added, dehya can do an insane plunge too with c6 benny xianyun and firina

>>12154 While she's not a bad character I wouln't say she's S tier, IMO. Most of her team's damage comes from Fischl driving(in her best team). You can compare it with Childe and his best team doing the same with Xiangling, and while I do believe Clorinde's single target damage is higher (I don't have any sheets to compare it to International), International has better AOE and versatility, so they belong in the same tier , IMO. This, along with other flaws.(The comment character limit sucks)
