Unpopular opinion. Barret seems like a badass character but I can picture him as soft boy who really loves his daughter, based the opinion viewing the final trailer. Do we get to see her daughter in part 1?

Tifa and Aerith will have equal amount of screentime. Hmm.. wonder what they're trying to achieve here. Tifa and Aerith are the closest to end up with the main protagonist. And, there are some indications but there's no cannon.

Some veterans are talking about the original and probably like to see how they modernized the game while. I, on the other hand, just want to enjoy the thrill of playing something completely new to me. I'll give it a try coz why not?

Ff7 hard mode and new game plus confirmed. Hard mode and newgame plus goes hand in hand and the level cap of your characters is 50.

Been checking a lot of info about translation errors. It seems that the translator guy really fked up bigtime according to the posts I read. If it is true that the translator guy is wrong and the remake attempts to clear up these mistakes then the story might seem that it changed greatly.

We knoe Elena joins Turks after the party leaves Midgar so I assume that there will be no mention of her in the remake but whay about Cissnei? For anyone who played the game already, is there any mention about her?

Yea, the game really opens up after midgar since its only a city. Midgar is just one of many locations you can go to.

Just take that the game is linear in part 1. There isnt much to do before leaving midgar in the original anyway. Lots of things to expect in part 2.

What about travelling between the other sectors of midgar? I heard thats possible in the remake.

Lots of new cheesy scenes in the game. Kinda disappointing. Game also seems to suffer from XIIIs linear playstyle.

Is this remake a giant open-world game like Final Fantasy XV? Looks like it is.. I'm not sure but I hope it is!
