It only appears on cycle 3 of rebena te ra so make sure you have gotten myrrh from the tree there at least twice and can see myrrh on the tree before starting the level, on the remastered edition you can tell the cycle by hosting an online match and selecting rebena te ra, it will have 3 half moons under it if it is on the final cycle (cycle 3)
The ethereal orb is in rebena te ra as tier 7 or 8 rewards for getting the highest number of bonus points in the level
