After suffering an attack that targets all allies, decreases the caster's skill cooldown by 1 turn and grants a barrier to allies for 1 turn. Barrier strength increases proportional to the caster's max Health. Barrier effect can only be activated once per turn.
Add Effect
・Neutralizes some of the damage taken when attacked.

+1 +5% barrier strength
+2 +10% barrier strength
+3 +10% barrier strength
+4 +10% barrier strength
+5 +15% barrier strength
