Transmit stones are usually a unique currency in the game which is hard to come by, you can use these currencies to buy unique items such as Galaxy Bookmarks, 4-5★ Hero Summon Ticket and more unique items in the shop. These transmit stone are classified to two categories: Silver Transmit Stone and Gold Transmit Stone.
Hero Transmission is the easiest way of earning Transmit stones, you can just sell your extra heroes in exchange for Gold and Silver Transmit Stones. Conversion of Silver Transmit Stone is basend on the hero rating.
There are certain floors that award Silver Transmit stone. Refer to the table below for the following floors with Silver Transmit Stone rewards:

You can also gain Silver Transmit Stone by doing quests in the reputation. Here are some of the Reputation quests that gives out Silver Transmit Stone.

Note: For the Merchant Union quest you can spam it by just enhancing 1 and 2 ★ Artifacts over and over again for you to easily earn those Silver Transmit Stones.
For every 20 summons that you will pull will earn you 1 Gold Transmit Stone.
