    His kit is underwheilm to be 5ML, he just use S3 and do nothing more because his heal is too low to be usefull in combat and his S3 has 6>5 CD, Therefore why in your composition you have DLilibet with DJB? DLilibet is a cleaner if you want a CR pusher you can go for Rose,Roozid or even Judith if you dont have HYufine they can do it and better that DJB.

    Seriously, I don't understand the in-game rating of 1.1. He feels amazing to have on my Fallen Cecelia, Designer Lilibet, Landy, DJ Basar team. His kit offers what my team needs! The increased combat readiness buff alongside Landys' SS3 speed buff ensures I get the first turns to setup before being hit.
