Hero Level

Leveling up gives your heroes a lot of benefits, including raising their stats. The higher your hero level is, the stronger your character will become. Hero Level will depend on how many stars your hero has. See the chart below for the max levels corresponding to the hero star.

How to Level Up

Through Adventure

Playing through the 'Adventure Mode' of the game helps to level-up your heroes. You can also replay battles and complete all available areas in the map to level-up your characters faster.

Through the Battle Mode and Other Tasks

Aside from doing Daily Tasks, doing tasks in Battle Mode can help raise your party's level. There are many other tasks you can do while leveling up your hero, like farming for resources and other similar activities.

Through the Use of Monsters as Fodder (Penguins)

Go from the Main Menu >> Hero then select your hero of choice. You can use the Enhance function then choose a Penguin to use as fodder for your heroes to level-up.
Note: You can obtain Penguins at the Forest of Sousl and often at the rewards.

Tips on Leveling Up

Choosing Sanctuary (High Command)

As you progress through the game, you will accumulate a lot of different heroes. Leveling them all up can be hard and time-consuming. You can use the Sanctuary to power up your other heroes by sending them on missions and quests. This will not only help level up your heroes—it will also give you useful items and other resources to use for various processes, including leveling your heroes up.

Power Up Your Core Hero

In the game, you'll get a hero whose stats are simply more powerful than all other available characters in your party. This may or may not become your core hero. Prioritize leveling your core hero up. A good tip would be to choose a DPS hero in order to easily farm for your other heroes. After reaching the MAX level for your core hero, you can easily farm for your other low-level heroes who can become assets for your party.

Using the Auto-Function

Like other mobile games in this genre, it will take a lot of time to take all your other heroes to the max level. The auto-function feature will help you grind levels continuously.
Note: You can also automatically replay a battle when acquiring the Pet system.

Crack in the World

There are certain stages in Adventure where you can get a really huge EXP boost! These stages are available at 3S, 5S, and 8S locations. Try it out and get those huge EXP boost.
Note: Energy used on this stage is 40 energy per run and can only be used for 3 times a day.
