Exchange for BP at the Battle Tower

Choice Specs can be obtained at the BP Shop in exchange for 25 BP. The BP Shop is located in the Battle Tower at Wyndon.

How to Use Choice Specs

A Pokemon can perform a Special Move 1.5x stronger when equipped with Choice Specs. It is a powerful item if you need to defeat a Pokemon in a single turn, even if it has low Sp.Atk stat.

However, it only allows you to use one move, so use it wisely.

Switch Out Your Pokemon to Reselect

Choice Specs only allows the use of one move, but there is a way to change it. You can return your Pokemon, and switch it out again and choose another Move.

You can do this when the Move has no effect or the opponent uses Torment, which disables a Pokemon to use the same move twice.

Can be Disabled Through Dynamax
