    sorry, part of my post got truncated. Another budget build, keep what's there except: special: keep Ignis (he'll proc it EP against enemy that can double) A: atk/def ideal 3 C: even defense wave 3 seal: atk/def ideal 3 (or renewal for Tempest Trials)

    You'll need 3 fodder and 20k feathers. A 5* Kellam can almost give Vigarde everything he needs. But you'll need atk/def ideal 1 (or vengeful fighter 1 if it's available). Your best option is to inherit a 3* Etie (or 3* Kellam if you still have it). EDW3 from Caellach
