Arpeggio Fault Area 1 Strategy

1. Defeat All the Opponents

Defeat All the Opponents

Try to defeat all the opponents on each stage, so you can unlock different buffs to further increase your HP and ATK by levelling up. You can level up by defeating the enemies yourself or letting your squadmates do it for you.

But, always check your HP before you go bumping into enemies and trying to defeat them. One thing you would not want to happen is for you to fail the stage due to the loss of HP.

Collect As Many Crimson Silk

Crimson Silk is the purple-red cube that can be found inside the Arpeggio Fault HDD. This item can help you randomize your buffs in the Tech Tree. Each buff can help make the exploration of each stage much easier.

Use Your Keys Wisely

Keys can be found randomly inside each floor, whether it's dropped by defeating an enemy, opening a chest, or obtaining a Resonia. Keys can open locked doors that lead to even more rewards, shops, or even traps and enemies.

There are only a limited amount of keys you can use and locked doors you can open with it on each floor. It solely depends on how many you found or you bought from the shop.

Fruit Peeler Resonia Can Open Doors With 1 Coin

If you have a chance to obtain the Fruit Peeler Resonia, it will allow you to open locked doors with 1 Gear Coin instead of a key.

Bombs Can Destroy Everything

Bombs can be used to destroy walls or open chests that are trapped inside ether crystals. However, they can also destroy everything else, like ether crystals, enemies, spike traps, or even autonomous robots that can help assist you.

Find Lost Items

Dampened Ether Explosives - Shallow Floor

On the Shallow floor of Fault Surface, you will be able to find a Dampened Ether Explosives lost item near the end of the exploration.

Photo of the Turbulent Region - Fault Floor

Another lost item, the Photo of the Turbulent Region, can be obtained after talking to the researcher at the middle of the Fault Floor of Fault Surface.

The Bangboo's Password

Letter C - Shallow Floor

In Fault Surface, a strange Bangboo tile can be found near the end of the Shallow floor and will give you the letter C as the first letter of a certain password.

Letter B - Fault Floor

The same Bangboo tile can be found on the Fault Floor of Fault Surface and it will give you the letter B as the sixth letter of the password

Enter the Appreggio Fault for Investigation

Go to Hollow Zero inside the tent in Scott Outpost and access The Mystery of Appreggio Fault from the first menu.

Afterwards, you will have access to the stage 1 of the event, Fault Surface.

A cutscene with Soldier 11 in front of the tent in Scott Outpost will occur after you complete the Shallows floor of Fault Surface.

Continue Investigating Deeper Into the Fault

Continue investigating deeper into the Arpeggio Fault after talking to Soldier 11 and completing the Shallows floor of Fault Surface.

Speak With Soldier 11 Again

After completing the Fault Floor of Fault Surface, another cutscene will occur with Soldier 11 in front of the tent in Scott Outpost.

Ask Ray About the Investigation Progress

Ask Ray inside the tent about the investigation progress on the identity of the unusual Bangboo, no. 4412 - an Exploreboo.

After talking to Ray will conclude the Special Investigation and unlock the Unravelling.
