First Class Customer Service is a Rhythm Game Event where you must repair the customers' playback device in Simple Adjustments (Easy Mode) and in Precise Calibration (Hard Mode) to get rewards!
How to Unlock First-Class Customer Service
To unlock First-Class Customer Service, you must reach Inter-Knot Level 15 and complete the Mole in the Hole (I) Quest otherwise known as Scarlet Invitation in the Schedule or Passing Off as Fake in the HDD!
Scarlet Invitation is the first part Soldier 11's Agent Story, the Mole in the Hole Quest Series. You also need to complete the unlock quest of the same name as the event!

Focus on One Side of the Circle in Hard Mode
The fast pace expanding circles can be perfectly timed when you try to focus on one side of the outer circle. This way, you can trick your mind and enhance your reaction time.
Keep Calm and Collected in Easy Mode
The expanding circles on the 1st Simple Adjustments challenge expands in quite a slow pace, so you just need to keep calm and collected while timing the expanding circles onto the the outer circle.

Wait for the Red Ring to Get Close to the Outer Ring
For the 2nd Simple Adjustments Challenge, simply wait for the expanding red ring to get close to the outer ring and then hit the button once it overlaps to perfectly tune it.
There is no need to worry about it disappearing, because the red ring expands at a very slow pace.
This tip also applies for the 2nd Precise Calibration Challenge, where you need to tune the expanding green and red rings simultaneously. The pace of both expanding rings is also quite slow.

Be Alert for the Fast Expanding Blue Ring
Always be alert when timing the fast-expanding blue ring onto the outer circle. It expands at a slow pace at the start, but when it is halfway from the outer circle, the pace will instantly change into a fast one.

It Comes Fast After the 16th in Hard Mode
Focus on one side of the Outer Circle |
Wait for the red ring to come close |
Both the green and red rings expand at a slow pace from the start but will instantly change to a very fast pace after the 16th ring.
The previous tips can be used to complete this challenge, which is to try focusing on one side of the outer circle and wait patiently for the disappearing red ring to come close to the outer circle.

Be Ready For the Red Rings in Hard Mode
We recommend that you always be ready for the fast-expanding red rings that will come towards the end of the challenge. The fast red rings will come at the 21st ring, then switch to green rings, and come back to red at the 28th.
The disappearing red rings can always be timed perfectly when you wait for them to reappear when they get close to the outer circle.

Expand the Random Play Video Store Operations
Proxies can expand the Random Play video store operations by helping customers repair and tune their video players.
Select certain challenges in the event menu, then time and align the moving circle perfectly onto the guide circle to complete the event.
Select a Stage
You can start the event by selecting a stage in the event menu.
Align the Moving Circle Perfectly
The objective of the event is to align the moving circle as close as possible to the guide circle.
Continue For Multiple Times
Continue aligning the moving circle to the guide circle multiple times to complete the event.
