This team comp prioritizes damage output, and benefits from having Roku as a tank as well as having mobile long-range attackers like Miu and Tsuki. In fighting Rakuzakai, it's recommended to control a long-range attacker, as being in long-range can help minimize the damage you potentially take from Rakuzakai's attacks.
Miu is a highly recommended long-range attacker especially for her high damage output and abilities. She has an ability to place a Luminous Crystal at the target’s feet, which automatically attacks enemies within a certain range.
Tsuki is another recommended long-range attacker for her ability to easily break the enemy's posture. This allows the team to execute Chain Skills on Rakuzakai. Her Ultimate Ability deals excellent damage, so it will be best to use it as much as possible.

This is an evenly distributed team comp that makes use of an attacker, tank, and support.
Tsuki's ability to break Rakuzakai's posture, and the excellent damage output from her Ultimate makes her a highly recommended long-range attacker to control.
It's advantageous for your team to break Rakuzakai's posture, which will open up chances to use more skills and deal more damage. This team also benefits from Koishi's HP recovery abilities.
Roku as tank, and Koishi as support provide the whole team with more survivability and durability.
