Endrone is a boss in Chapter 0 of TRIBE NINE. Read on to see how to beat Endrone, its location, the best team and characters to use against it, its attack patterns, as well as tips on how to defeat Endrone.

Endrone Counter Team Comp

Default Party Setup (1 Support + 2 DPS)

Default Party Members
Player (Recommended) Player (Recommended) Support
Yo KuronakaYo Kuronaka Tsuki IrohaTsuki Iroha Koishi KohinataKoishi Kohinata

In this default team comp, Tsuki and Yo are recommended to control, while Koishi acts the party's main support character.

Yo is good to use for his high Break ability and ease of use. Tsuki is also recommended to use as she can deal damage and counter from afar, staying out of Endrone's attacks. Her Ultimate deals high damage, so it's best to build up her Ultimate and use it as much as possible.

Use Yo or Tsuki and Master the Counterattack

It's highly recommended to practice the Counterattack during the boss battle against Endrone's attacks. Yo Kuronaka is a good character to control, especially if you have to engage in close range fights.

It's also recommended to try Tsuki Iroha for ranged attacks and long-range fighting.

If you already pulled limited characters via gacha, feel free to use them to make winning easier.

Use Counters to Trigger Break and Follow Up with Chain Skills

This fight is a great opportunity to practice boss-breaking techniques for future boss battles.

Landing a counterattack disrupts the enemy’s posture, so use counters often and always follow up with chain skills to stack damage. Time your counterattacks to Endrone's many drawn-out attack animations.

Break Enemy Posture with Counters

Landing counters significantly disrupts the boss’s posture, so aim for them and follow up with chain skills to deal heavy damage.

Endrone has many large wind-up attacks, making it easier to time counters. This is a good opportunity to practice boss-breaking techniques for future fights.

Consider Switching to Long-Range Attackers If Dodging and Countering is Tough

Many of Endrone’s attacks deal heavy damage at close range.

Recommended Character to Control
Tsuki IrohaTsuki Iroha

Endrone uses a lot of charge and AoE attacks that deal high damage to nearby characters.

If you run into trouble defeating Endrone while using close-range characters like Yo, switch to a long-range attacker like Tsuki to stay safe while dealing damage.

Endrone Abilities and Attack Patterns

Endrone Abilities and Attack Patterns

Triple Sweep Attack

This is the opening move. Endrone charges at the player and swings three times—once on the charge, once as he spins around, and once again as it charges forward.

There are slight pauses between each attack, and the motions are large, making it easier to counter. Try to land a counter on the 1st or 3rd hit to interrupt the combo.

Missile Attack

Endrone raises its fist near its face before firing missiles from long range.

There’s almost no delay between the motion and the missile landing, so once you see the yellow missile, start dodging rapidly.

The individual damage isn’t very high, so you could tank a few hits while closing the gap and go in for a counterattack.

Advancing Sword Spin

Endrone slowly walks forward while spinning its sword in front of it.

Its slow movement makes this easy to dodge. Lure the boss with your character while letting your NPC allies attack from behind.

Stab + Shockwave Attack

Endrone stabs its sword into the ground, releasing a shockwave that damages nearby allies.

When the screen displays “CAUTION,” dodge away to get out of the attack’s range.

After the sword stab, Endrone takes time to pull it out and recover, creating a window for a counterattack.
