    It's much rarer than from a wild boar 🐗 out on the plains but the Black Wild Boar also drops the Earth Rune Peice. I know because I set out to grind them until one dropped hoping to collect on a wind rune peice as these are dropped by black wild boars in the original Suikoden but it still dropped the traditional earth rune peice. On the 137th Black Wild Boar encounter. Yes, I counted and it took me over 3 hours of grinding.
