Why are no C rank support listed? Support arcana II & Support augment. I can't find what the latter does. It says increases buff/debuff by 5% but i have bo idea what that means. It can't be turn length, so is it the strength of like attack boost, etc? If so, what's their normal strength, because 5% is almost nothing, but why is it C rank? That seems like a D rank, so o must not understand what it does.
