Arrow | An agent of Yatagarasu, one of the Devil Summoner factions. He is one of the individuals whose death supposedly plays a part in triggering the apocalypse.

Milady | An agent of the Phantom Society, another of the Devil Summoner factions. She's killed by her own allies for reasons unknown.

Saizo | A freelance Devil Summoner. Although he's murdered by a Phantom Society agent, he is resurrected with Ringo's soul hacking.

Figue | Another of Aion's agents, like Ringo. Cool and thoughtful, she acts like an older sister to Ringo and keeps her in check, as Ringo tends to be more stubborn.

Ash | A Devil Summoner of the Phantom Society. At first glance, she seems cold, cynical, and aloof, but in truth, she has a deeply romantic side.

Kaburagi | A Devil Summoner of the Phantom Society. A cheerful young man, he's devoted to his friends and to his personal idea of justice.

Raven | Raven is a former Devil Summoner of Yatagarasu. Once an elite operative, he's now retired, and runs a humble orphanage in the city.

Zenon | An artificial demon, otherwise known as a Zoma. He was created by Iron Mask, and obeys his every command without question. |
Iron Mask | A Devil Summoner of the Phantom Society, and the leader of the mysterious Project C. He stands in the way of Ringo and her allies. |
A DLC-exclusive storyline is available for $9.99 titled, The Lost Numbers. The storyline features a new character called Nana, who is a freelance Devil Summoner that Ringo and her allies come across.
The DLC includes multiple additional requests as well as a new dungeon, Hachigaya Training Field.
The main ensemble of Soul Hackers 2 includes Ringo, Arrow, Milady, Saizo, and Figue. Only the first four are playable in battle, with Figue only acting as the navigator of the party through the owl drone Mimi.
Though serving primarily as the party's navigator, Figue's drone Mimi will be playable during dungeon exploration later in the story.
