I think the moveset dragon breath and bounce is the best because it gives a shield with mobality speed but i think the moveset should be buffed.

Aqua tail plus water fall is better!
Aqua tail ist wayyy better then Dragon breath because its 3,4 or 5 attacks in 1 use and this can easy destroy a whole squad i dont know why someone choose Dragon breathe. Also with waterfall is better
Probably Bounce and dragon breath even though I don't use Garyados at all. I have LAMBASTED on garyados (and leafeon) just bc how DISGUSTINGLY OP this Pokémon is XD
You really think Muscle Band helps attack speed so that the effort gauge fills faster? How ignorant can you get, Magikarp has a static auto attack speed that can't increase with anything you give it. It should say that it helps for Gyarados instead, who doesn't have the effort gauge by the time he evolves out of Magikarp.
I use bounce and dragon breath to set up a normal attack frenzy. using rapid fire scarf, focus band, and x attack, the normal attacks are super fast. i think waterfall wastes a lot of time. using bounce you can charge up in grass and fly into battle with a shield, so you dont have to use a full heal either.
Dragon breath and bounce is the best build in my opinion
