She needed a nerf, but 37% is way overboard, particularly for Mystical Fire. About 20% nerf (with same cooldowns) is all it needed.

Spot the Veteran rank player. Also you must never have seen Petal Dance/Giga Drain Venusaur. That metaset did and still does more damage with higher Survivability than Sylveon BEFORE this nerf. In all honesty anyone crying about Sylveon being "OP" deserves to stay in Casuals. There's much bigger issues still flying under the Dev's radar, of which Venusaur, Gengar and ALL OTHER Battle items than Eject Button being some of the most important things.
it was insanely overpowered. honestly still looks that way, it needs a longer cooldown on Hyper Voice. it's an AOE that does way more damage than a basic attack yet it's pretty much always up because its on cooldown for 5 seconds but the attack itself lasts 3 of those seconds, it's stupid
