In Pokemon Unite, moves that inflict Paralysis are still considered an ability that stuns enemies. So it falls under the "Stunned / Incapacitated" status effect.
What about paralyze? Zerazora and Pikachu both paralyze. What's that?

Heya, thank you for the comment! From what our experimentation shows, it seems that burn does not affect the movement speed of a Pokemon. Even if it were to affect the Pokemon on a micro-scale, it won't have much of an impact on a Macro scale. Hope this helps!
In core Pokemon games, burn not only deals continuous damage, but also reduces physical attack. I have noticed burn seems to reduce movement speed, but I'm not sure yet
