not about a build, but I couldn't find anywhere else to put this so, I feel these people are wrong about Lucario. Lucario is top tier because he can solo top at the beginning with his unmatched early game, making 1 1 3 compositions possible, along with having a good mid and late game, and should most of the time go top. I might be wrong though, and maybe they are saying what is good for just solo-queue and not competitive, but I'm pretty sure his main use is as an early top lane solo.
whilst it isn't actually good against people who know what they're doing, no one really knows what they're doing yet so yeah it works and they should probably add it :l
Aura Cannon resets the blue aura under opponent so here's one combo that gets you 5 Extreme Speeds with just one opponent. ES > BR > ES > ES > BR > AC > ES > ES
How about this for Tsareena even matchup. Equal Offense, and Mobility. Despite Tsareena having such a frail early game, she levels up quite fast and go toe to toe with Lucario starting level 7, turning it into an epic anime fight.
Bruh like why there is no attack weight, score shield build??
Yes this can be useful in early game but in late game you get worse due you not having anything that helps you without making goals

Extreme speed -> bone rush -> extreme speed -> extreme speed(this is the stopping point if you are still below lvl 13)-> bone rush recast -> extreme speed(you can only use this last part of the combo after you upgrade bone rush) And don't forget to spam basic attack when you use extreme speed to get the special attack after extreme speed
Can you tell me how to use bone rush and extreme speed perfectly
WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND DIDNT USE ATK WEIGHT SCORE SHIELD LUCARIO. Seriously who make all these builds, seems like they didn't even play the game
I can combo both of them start with bone rush once I teleport I Will extreme speed then just Rotate around The target and basic attack until it dead it doesnt work well with multiple targets and on TOP of that LI Ariola is bad with multiple targets
