Tyrogue evolves into either Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, or Hitmontop depending on its stats.

If your Tyrogue has a higher Atk stat than its Def stat when it reaches Lv. 20, it will evolve into Hitmonlee.

To get a Hitmonchan, you need to get a Tyrogue whose Def stat is higher than its Atk stat, then level it up starting at Lv. 20.

Lastly, you can get a Hitmontop by leveling up a Tyrogue whose Atk stat and Def stat are equal starting at Lv 20.
