Scyther Cannot Evolve into Kleavor in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Scyther will not be able to evolve into Kleavor in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet since there is no Black Augurite in the game.

If you want to evolve a Scyther caught in the Paldea or the Terarium, you have to transfer it to Pokemon HOME and into Pokemon Legends: Arceus then use a Black Augurite. Once it evolves, you can then send it back to Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
