plus prototype heals your party means you can use mualani and you don't need a healer. prot. amber r5 is madlad. don't get why it's not listed in her replacement weapons for her main weapon. also baizu's 5 star isn't listed. it gives TONS of hp as substat and high base atk...

Prototype Amber is better, same HP bonus and its passive is more useful. Maybe if you plan to spam normal attacks with Baizhu as a bloom driver or something, I guess.
Normal attacks are NOT considered as CHARGED attacks

you dumbass. charged attack is considered normal attack.
Just compared it with Neuvillette signature weapon "Tome of the Eternal Flow" : "HP is increased by 16%. When current HP increases or decreases, Charged Attack DMG will be increased by 14% for 4s...." is said CA not NA. So i think it separated very clear. Also compared with the bow user (3 here use CA to make most dmg just like Neuvi):

So sad but NO, cause Neuvillette dmg is just from the Charged Attack (not Normal Attack). So he won't able to use the buff from the weapon.
