And before anyone says “ what about fiscal or kuki”, that’s exactly why I said raiden is the most versatile. Kuki and fiscal are restricted to certain teams and raiden can do what they both do for any team and not just hyperbloom or taser or aggravate . It’s thanks to how versatile she is that she can get you through many scenarios.

Between a good support who has fallen off the meta and the strongest dps of the strongest element, I would pick the later. Venti does not always work for floor 9-11 either, while Neuvilette will absolutely wipe out everything, be it hydro favored or not (unless the enemies are hydro immuned).
