Aether my beloved <3
I didn't realize this until yesterday while fighting Azhdaha, but hydro Traveler's burst is the same as hydro Azhdaha's AoE attack down to the animation. It's just that he creates like a dozen hydro spheres that bounce around a set area while Traveler just creates the single, slow-moving version that only goes straight
The hydro burst feels more like Diluc's Burst but hydro with less push power. ^^'
well, at least dehya's self-healing is useful underwater..
Literally the ONE change you can make to hydro Traveler to make them not suck so much is make their ult stop when they hit enemies, like Ayaka's. Like, they're still bad but not downright unplayable like this
Eh, she's still a close second.
nevermind, description is Key of Khaj-Nisut, either icon is wrong or description is
wolf-fang Bonus Stat is Crit Rate, not HP%
Even Amber is better
4pcs Full Nymphs set and HP build is the best way to go hydro traveler. The full advantage of dew drops is stackable bonuses with Mirrored Nymph before Torrent Surge damage with Total HP consumed suffusion bonus (a whopping 15k damage torrent element skill). If you're playing Megaman, you know how charge blast works.
cannot tell if you're being sarcastic or not, but one of the best skill dmg? Massive skill damage? Even 4 stars char like fischl heizou xingqiu beidou can outdamage his skill. The only good thing of his kit is continuous stagger on enemy and that isn't even reliable. I think hoyo really tried to design his kit as worse as possible because its hydro the best element and furina should have similar kit to traveler
Since the guide asks for 2 piece sets, Heart of Depth is literally the same as Nymph's Dream, and should be listed as such
hydro traveler is one of the best...skill dmg wise i dont know what's with people's minds. how can you even put geo higher tier list than hydro...? or electro? you dont need big pp - reaction dmg on each char. dehya was also not bad people could not play her. hydro traveler does massive skill dmg if you crown it and build it on hydro dps and pair with like shogun. not ALL travelers have to be support we have too many of them anyway.
Dehya is no longer the worst character🎉🎉🎉
the stagger is strong enough to disable childe boss lvl 90 I think it hits 3670x20 the last hit does not included in a video I saw on X. continuous stagger is very rare especially in that element, I'd say pretty decent on field sub dps hydro applicator. its a matter of preference and cup of tea.
straight up D tier lol I would give it at least C. clearly some who wrote this didn't give it a try. The Hydro MC can stagger opponents it hit continuously with skills and the droplets also does homing whenever the target moves (but for the most part it doesn't when especially when you move your aim to another target close to your initial target). MC has 30k HP w/PJC, skill deals 1220x20 number of hits plus 9270 last hit, I leveled the talent to lvl6 as of now taser with fischl is good with MC
Amber tier character omegalul
Whoever wrote this evidently didn't bother using Hydro Traveller for more than a few minutes, because damn, this is a terrible build guide. Vourukasha's Glow does NOT work on Hydro Traveller. HP Loss is coded as a separate from taking damage, so unfortunately it does not trigger the passive. 2pc ATK/HP/Hydro Bonus/Skill Damage combinations or Vermilion Hereafter are your best choices (the latter requiring a bit of ER for burst usage.)
Honestly I'm thinking Heart of Depth or Tenacity of the Millelith as a go-to, or a split set of some configuration, but the health change mechanic still confuses me (pls be kind. Genshin is my first game with so many mechanics in it). Hydro Traveler "best build" seems super team goal dependent, so I am laughing that there is only one build listed right now. Maybe too soon in the update? Currently I try: HoD (HP%, Hydro DMG, CRIT Rate) + Favonius Sword just because I have several. Dunno how good
