Having this at least r4 on 1000em kazuha is actually much better than his signature. Kazuha becomes sick anemo battery equal to Raiden. In a long run like abyss floors it will benefit you much more.
on average moonlight is better and i don't wanna be rude but refining iron sting is a waste of billets unless you wanna use it on someone else
i have r4 iron sting on kazuha. would r1 xiphos' moonlight still be better?

You mean it will refresh and snapshot other buffs every 10s ? I guess that's the only valid reason, but I feel like it would be much easier to understand if they said simply : "this effect is permanent and it will refresh and snapshot other buffs every 10s"
i think it is what it is it's just like they're cases where EM will be buff so the ER that it will gain will increase more therefore the passive it have is not fixed.
"Trigger every 10s" "for 12s" So... its passive effect is always Triggered? Am I missing something.
