why bother to visit a Tier List in the first place if you're not meta sucker?!
I have her built 4pcs Thundering Fury and an Electro Goblet. Dori can now be onfield attacker like a mini Keqing(very fun nickname) because of her C6 applies electro Autoattacks using E, she can Electro Beyblade spin too. Her cannons and Jinni work well with Electro build.
Some fun interesting thoughts on Dori: 1. Her Cannon attack projectiles sidewinds to enemies ( just like Charge Yoi/Tighnari, Diona E, Ningguang jade attacks ) 2. C2 Dori can shot more electro projectiles from the Q Jinni like turrets. 3. C6 Dori E skill gains Electro Infusion just like Keqing does. Best time to 4pcs Thunder Fury dps Dori build. ^^
And the fact, is worked LMAO Why forced someone to became meta sucker when anti meta player existed
ever since she came out she has been a hot topic in the most negative way. most people just wanna be biased to try to make her work and continue on fooling themselves
3. Her kit is situational, she can be eula alternative support when u raidenless, or another team that use her electro support (hyperbloom jean for example). With proper team, her kit isn't messing their rotation. Ik about er calculator, and that's my answer

1. Bennett with Noblesse, Barbara with Nobleness and ttds > Dori with Noblesse. Anyone can use Nobleness so Dori is not so special. 2. Sure they have same weakness but Bennett is more value like i mention above. So nearly every comp use him anyway. 3. Dori burst energy regen sure no one else have but it's single-target so it's very clunky to battery the one who short er and easily mess up the rotation. Keqingmain already calculated most char er requirement so again, she's not needed.
1. Noblesse exist 2. Have u ever get vaporized/melted when use Bennett (Bennett has Pyro self-infuse)? That's the answer 3. Why not use Favo for her? Burst party, yeah 4. Different people, same logic. So what the difference? (Im also new, and not 120 people)

"MOST" viable for her is Dendro DPS/Nahida/Her (for electro application)/Flex or hyperbloom using anemo traveller or jean infuse her burst electro.
when the few tells something, it's probably false cause of lack of evidence and such. but when most people tell and notice the same thing. it's a fact. in short, Dori sucks, Srsly no use defending her, cause defending her wont make her great or useable anyway.
1. All 3 characters you mentioned not only heal but also can hold buff weapon like Ttds, artifact Totm. She have none of these. 2. electro aplication is pathetic to Fischl, also apply electro to the team is a huge oof, imagine get hit by an Pyro attack from enemy and you are dead (even Zhongli shield can't save you), her healing is useless if you are already 1 shot. 3. Favonius existed. 4. didn't get it because im not anon 119, but 111.
As much as i love her. (And lolis lol) i cant fit her quite in team comps. Cant wait for future patches where she'd have more synergy with other characters. Older electro chars are just that good. Yae and lisa got better with sumeru. I hope dori's time would come soon!

I assume it means being able to apply Electro on your basis. For example if you want to do Overloaded with the Pyro triggering the reaction, you can use Dori to apply Electro once then trigger it with Pyro, rather than constant Electro being applied which might make dori steal overloaded procs.
