Rosaria should really rank higher in my opinion. She's a good cryo applicator and boosts the whole teams crit rate. I sense injustice!

Honestly, this guide sleeps on Rosaria's true potential. Get her C5 and put her as a sub-dps in a melt comp and she is awesome. Make sure to build at least 50% crit, 150% crit dmg and 300 em. Her Q and E can easily hit upwards of 50k, while providing a solid amount of cryo to melt.
I feel this guide should provide one more playstyle that encourages people to use Rosaria to her utmost potential. If you put staff of homa or dragons bane on rosaria and fit her with 4 piece lavawalker, she becomes the main damage dealer in a rev melt team. You can support her by using xiangling, bennett, chongyun, diona, shenhe aswell and her damage will skyrocket
Her attack speed isnt slow it just looks slow but when compared to other polearm user she isnt that slow. her damage as main dps and support slaps hard especially the crit she gives to other characters and herself chongyun would probably be better of running with a nobless rosaria support or going with beidou and fischl.
Honestly chongyun is worst than rosaria and i am a chongyun main bruh. she raises crit and applies cryo easily as well as increase physical dmg with superconduct i run her with my chongyun and thats how i raised a monster chongyun.
nah if you have enough crit rate sub stats and crit rrate circlet around 60% or atleast 50% staff of homa is perfect for main dps cuz you only have to worry about crit rate when you have homa. i got a 67%/110% crit and crit damge ratio with homa.
That would be a waste on rosaria she's better with noblesse and pale flame
it has a .3sec cd on the effect. Since the hits happen more or less at the same time the effect doesn't happen instantly. You can still keep the effect up within her skill window you just cant miss any of the activations and need to use them all on cd. For people who just want a bit of breathing room or are a bit more lax like myself, the dual 2 piece works fine and you only lose the 7% or so damage. Also its easier to farm 2 half sets.
Her charged attack DMG is huge. I think my highest was 26k without Bennett? Neat. If only I have PJWS so I can use CDMG headpiece instead...

Why tf is rosarias rating at C now.... Doesn't make any sense considering how she ranks A in most areas....i kinda don't feel like using this site anymore with its inconsistency

I think pale flame is the best artifact set for a physical rosaria build because the four piece set says the E has to hit 2 times to get 2 stacks not CASTED 2 times, so you imediatly get 2 stacks because rosarias E hits twice. With it you're getting 4x more physical dmg bonus than the 2 piece set of bloodstained and the same atk dmg as the 2 piece glad, all in one set making it easier to farm too. Also it has a 7sec duration and rosarias E has a 6sec cd so you can have it constantly aplied.
Rosaria is good as support for your team and for your main DPS character if you want to have some percentage of Crit Rate. For me, I have built her with Noblesse Oblige Artifact Set, and she supports my team pretty good. Now, I am farming to get Bloodstained Chivalry Artifact Set for her to find out which set could be better for her. Remember, build your artifacts on your play style and the characters that you team up in party to connect their passives well. ^_^
In Freeze/Chongyun comps, Rosa will use 4p Blizzard with Atk%/Cryo%/Crit damage. The crit rate needed this way is incredibly low, so it's easier to build as well. Works well against everything except for non-freezable enemies.
Good sub dps for Razor main. Passive crit with a hydro character feels good for a shatter/superconduct comp. Dont waste resources leveling dragon spine. She will be better with either the battlepass weapon for support or the higher base attack crescent pike if you want to main dps her.
