I'm a beginner but Rosaria at C0 is an S for me vs mobs and bosses, and A as support. I use 4 Martial Artist artifacts (atk%) and Dragonspine Spear (which is relatively easy to refine). Martial Artist goes well with her elemental skill, combined with the spear--she could deal massive damage. She is great against any from the Fatui except for the Fire variety when their shields are up, bring Barbara along to deal with that. She may have low HP but her mobility makes up for it. My main DPS now. :)

If someone builds her as sub dps-go for crit rate to help out your party members, like Childe If you're building her as main dps physical-go for crit damage as she can raise her crit rate by 12% If you're building her as cryo main dps-cryo damage bonus with crit damage is the way to go... BTW, reminds me of Physical Xiangling and Chongyun fusion with ability to shift as main or sub dps, really valuable with Childe

Her Q doesn't raise her crit rate, just the rest of your party's... I still agree that Homa is her best choice for main dps tho, but its lack of crit rate makes it horrible for her as sub or support as this guide suggests... Even White Lance is a better choice because it has crit rate to boost your team.

As far as i know the reason why staff of homa is her best performing weapon even without the hp bonus synergy is due to that weapon giving the highest amount of crit damage as it's substat in the game. Between cryo resonance (15%), Blizzard strayer (20-40%), and rosaria's kit (12% from behind; up to 15% from ult), she can easily reach 60~70% crit rate without alot of investment so it's ideal to be stacking crit damage on her since her crit is already so high.

I have to admit I'm confused, where do they decide on these builds, are they simming the characters some how? The weapon choice seems foolish since her HP doesn't seem super high, specially for her main dps build. That being said how are you going to rate her A for both dps and sub dps, and S in support, but then not make a support build for her as her top builds? It seems like the other commenters are confused as well. I don't know maybe I'm missing something here.

Rosaria is better for boosting your crit rate, but Chongyun is at applying the cryo element and dealing huge damage with his burst. Honestly, if you have space, run both for the cryo resonance.

I wish there was a place to see the reasoning behind each choice and why she get's an A for most things. Would Chongyum be better for my girl Hu Tao?

Party Memebers? Also if we use Rosaria as a main then why put Razor on the team if he's only good as main too? Lol is it just to break shields?

so fucking slow as a dps staff user, i personally felt like i was playing with a fucking claymore char, and meh even chongyun passive and e are much more useful for combos than her ult

You can build her as a Cryo DPS and Sub DPS at the same time if you combo her with Chongyun E to convert her atks to Cryo, this way she works as a Cryo DPS and Support DPS, i'm using 2- Blizzard 2- Glads on her and using the battle pass weapon for the Crit%

eh... Maybe someone will figure out some busted build, but right now she feels kinda ok? Kind of like chongyun with a twist and booba.
