I used Beidou to stun the boss her parry really helped. While down I used Guoba and the Traveler’s (Anemo) elemental skill to deal a fair amount of reaction damage they were the MVPs
I found it the best to save up Xiangling and Lisa's Burst, I also found that Overloaded is the best combination, after the Regisvine is down, Place Guoba down and switch to Lisa, then start attacking using Lisa, use Baron Bunny if the Regisvine is too hard, Amber is actually useful if you have time to aim for the Eye of the Regisvine, other than that, just unleash hell into it, if you can't find a good weapon, I suggest Mappa Mare, unless there's a much more recommended, then use that
For the first attack pattern, I found it easier to try and get into the gap between each blast.
For attack pattern 3 I found it best to normally run in a zig zag pattern. When you see a blue light run to the other side immediately and repeat
