depends what you’re addressing…You need C6 for the joint attack. With this constellation, Oz will shoot as fast as you can mash you normal attack. Otherwise he attacks at his fixed interval. In this manner C6 increases the effectiveness of the build I mentioned

it's not really considered though. A true phys build would use Matternach Waltz or Rust as main weapon and Pale Flame. The limiting factor is that Fischl's must use her normal attacks to take advantage of phys. This slots her as a main DPS, if not sub DPS. Rust and Waltz incentivize normal attacks. C6 makes this build viable if not excellent
this guide is missing C6 Fischl's Rust build with 4pc Pale Flame. Pros for equipping Rust: - 4* is relatively easy to acquire/refine (+80% normal attack dmg at full refinement) - Fischl charge eh - synergizes with C6: Oz attacks jointly with Fischl, incentivizing normal attacks - pair w/ Cryo for Superconduct (lowers physical res) - C6 Diona is a prime option because of +200 EM buff - Focus onATK stat (several of her electro dmg attacks scale w/ it)
Tested Physical Fischl with Compound Bow R5, Amos Bow R1, Polar Star R1. R5 Compound Bow wins. Salty I wasted on those bows.

Tenacity of Millelith is her best artifact as sub dps?? I don't understand. You literally need to put shield for it to work. Who put this artifact on her page?

It's my first team when I play GI, I really love these team. Diluc can apply overload with fischl oz and Zhongli as shielder, the other one can be anyone like anemo or hydro characters

Because of comparison to other characters. She is extremely good in her roles but there's several characters better than her. Why have Fischl as sub when you can have Albedo ie.
