    There actually is ER on circlet. I'm using ER circlet on Venti and Sucrose.

    ER% mainstat on Circlet isn't a thing though, right? I think that's an error in the article

    This list is great to know but sure wish there was one for beginners. I don't even have a 5 star artifact yet. For now the only thing I can think of to do is to improve health and attack. Most of my artifacts are just 3 and 4 star stats.

    With Noelle it is because her healing and DPS is based on her Defence stat. For example, healing at LVL 9 is 32.6% DEF+209 while her shield is up, which has a 58% chance to proc every attack. The healing is scaled better if the DEF stat is boosted over trying to boost say Healing % itself because of where it sits in the calculation. The best healer build is a DEF based DPS build.
