Rewards Earned in Adversary Jobs

Reputation Points (RP)

Reputation Points are accumulated in order to rank up a player's level. The higher the rank of the player, the more perks like vehicles, weapons, and missions are available to the player. Reputation points awarded per job can vary depending on multiple factors like having more players participate in activities, or taking a longer time in doing jobs.

Money

Time Spent Doing Jobs

Monetary rewards can also come in different amounts depending on the time spent doing a certain job. The more players spend time doing a job, the more money is rewarded.

How to Join Adversary Modes

Cellphone

Select the phone menu and choose quick job. From there, players can choose between different types of Adversary Modes

Select From the Pause Menu

Step 1
Pause the game and select the Online.
Step 2
After selecting it, choose Quick Job in order to see the jobs available, including Adversary Mode.

Accept Job Invites

Other players can also invite you to do certain jobs. When invited, players will receive a text giving you the option of participating. Accept in order to join!

Adversary Jobs Mechanics

Come Out to Play

A team of hunters on ATVs armed with shotguns have to take out runners making their way to a safe location.

Siege Mentality

Four defenders secure a location while attackers with infinite lives have to kill them off. The attackers only have access to sawed off shotguns.

Hasta La Vista

Cyclists have to get to the checkpoint while evading truckers. The cyclists are not marked on the radar for truckers.

Cross the Line

Fully-armed teams fight in a neutral zone and must capture territory from each other.

Hunting Pack

Players are divided into three teams, the lone bomb-rigged driver, attackers, and defenders. The lone driver must drive his vehicle to the checkpoint while keeping a certain distance or else the bomb will explode.

Keep the Pace

Players have to race in courses while maintaining a certain speed. Going below the required speed will cause the car to explode and immediately eliminating the player form the race.

Offense Defense

Teams of two consisting of a runner and and protector must work together in order to reach the checkpoint. The protector must prevent opposing runners from reachin the goal first.

Relay

This mode is similar to relay races in track and field. Players must wait for their teammates to get to them in order to start racing their portion themselves.

Running Back

Two teams are divided into offensive and defensive teams where the attacking team must help its runner reach the goal. The defensive team must prevent the runner from reaching the end zone like in American Football.

Every Bullet Counts

Four players fight against each other using a pistol with only two bullets and melee weapons. There will also be ammo scattered across the map!

Slasher

Two teams are designated as either the hunted or slashers. Hunted have to survive for 3 minutes with nothing but a flashlight. Slashers must kill them with a shotgun within 3 minutes or the hunted receives a shotgun to fight back.

Extraction

Teams are divided into Bodyguards and The Hit Squad. Bodyguards must escort and protect the Hit Squad's target. Escape with the target in order to win or kill them.

Beast vs. Slasher

Beasts are tasked with collecting fifteen checkpoints around the area while being hunted down by the Slahers.

Drop Zone

Four teams of upto 16 players must drop into a limited space and capture it. The team that holds down the area for two minutes, wins!

Till Death Do Us Part

The game is structured like Last Team Standing but in teams of two. The team shares only one life where a death of either one kills their other half.

Rhino Hunt

One team is tasked with destroying a Rhino Tank piloted by two other players. The hunters are only given sticky bombs and RF offroad vehicles.

Sumo

Shove opponents out of the area using only vehicles.

In and Out

Similar to Capture, Attackers must steal eight packages from the Defenders' base and bring it back to their home base. Packages dropped by dead attackers do not come back all the way to the home base.

Inch By Inch

Two teams must take a package located in the middle to the opposite side of their starting point.

Trading Places

In a standard team deathmatch, whenever a Loser kills a player from the VIP team, the player switches teams with the one they killed.

Power Play

This deathmatch-like game mode features multiple power-ups like slowing down time, increasing damage, and even inverting enemy camera controls.

Entourage

Similar to Extraction, a team of bodyguards must protect a player-controlled Target from a team of Assassins.

Slipstream

Teams of two have to pass checkpoints at the same time. Teammeats have to help each other by using slipstream speedboost as well as attacking opponents.

Lost vs Damned

Teams divided into Angels and Devils where each team gains more points and have stronger weapons depending on the phase. Angels are stronger during the day while Devils are stronger at night.

Deadline

Fours players are made to race on Shotaros with energy trails from behind their bikes. Players can kill their opponents by blocking their way using the energy trail.

Kill Quota

Teams of upto 16 players must get a kill using each of their weapons. Players will start with the most powerful weapon and will have to work their way down to the weakest.

Turf Wars

Teams of upto four are designated a specific color where each car must drive over the road to claim it as their turf.

Vehicle Vendetta

Two teams facing each other from opposite sides drive cars armed with machine guns from each side. Power-ups can be picked up throughout the map which will help in eliminating the other team.

Collection Time

Teams of upto 4 battle team deathmatch style but will have to collect bags of money from players after they are killed. The team with the most bags at the end wins.

Juggernaut

Two teams fight against each other, while having a designated Juggernaut. The Juggernaut is equipped with heavy weapons and large health but with slow movement.

Resurrection

In a team deathmatch, players who are killed can only be resurrected by their teammates. Dead players spectate and have a full view of the map and the perspectives of both teammates and opponents.

Land Grab

Similar to Turf Wars, players have to walk over as many tiles as they can. The team with the most tiles covered will be given a point.

Tiny Racers

Players race cars from bird's eye view. Players too far behind will automatically lose. Power-ups made to make the race more unpredictable will also be available.

Dawn Raid

Two teams must collect and deliver a transmitter found in one of the crates in the map. Players in possesion will move slower and be visible on the map for enemies to see.

Overtime Rumble

Players driving a Ruiner 2000s must jump over a ramp and land into a specific target. The more difficult the target, the high the points scored.

Power Mad

Players must hold the pickup for a total of 40 seconds in order to win. Whenever players hold the pickup, they turn into the juggernaut equipped with a heavy weapon, better health and armor but with slower movement.

Overtime Shootout

This mode is exactly like Overtime Rumble where players have to jump on to a ramp in order to land on a specific target. The only difference between this and Overtime Rumble is that players from each team must take turns.

Motor Wars

GTA: Online's take on the Battle Royal genre, players have to parachute to the ground and collect weapons and vehicles. Throughout the game, the playing area will shrink. The last team standing wins!

Bombushka Run

Two teams will act as either the runners or attackers. Runners will be place in heavily armed but slow, RM-10 Bombushka while the attackers with infinite resurrections will be placed in Buzzard chopers with light weaponry. The who survives the most in the Bombushka wins.

Stockpile

Players are tasked with collecting briefcases and returning it their base. Other players can steal from ohter bases or collect briefcases from dead players.

The Vespucci Job

An Issi classic must drive through and collect fifteen checkpoints by being attacked by a team of up to three players driving police cars.

Trap Door

Players must face other inside a rectangular platform that gets smaller every thirty seconds. Players outside of the area when the outermost layer is removed is eliminated.

Hunting Pack (Remix)

Three teams compased of a lone runner, defenders, and attackers drive on top of raised platforms. The runner has to deliver the vehicle to the end of the course while maintaining a minimum speed. Go below that speed and the vehicle explodes.

Trading Places (Remix)

Instead of lower-class and VIP teams, two teams of Beasts and Juggernauts fight in a team deathmatch-style match. Whenever a Beast kills a Juggernaut, the two changes teams.

Running Back (Remix)

Similar to Running Back, players have to play the mode on raised platforms. The offensive team has to help its runner to the other side of the platform.

Sumo (Remix)

Played on raised platforms, players have to push each other out of the safe zone in order to win. Anyone outside of the safe area is eliminated.

Carnage

Similar to Last Team Standing, players eliminate all members of the opposing team to win.

Flag War

Teams must capture the other team's flag and bring to their own base.

Games Masters

A team of players must collect checkpoints from the map while another team spectates and lay traps for the opposing team.

Here Come the Monsters

A team of Contenders must evade the opposing team called Gladiators using their more nimble vehicles until the timer runs out.

Hot Bomb

Similar to a game of tag, the It has to pass his bomb onto another player's car. The last player with the bomb gets eliminated.

Tag Team

Similar to Last Team Standing, eliminate the opposing team while your ally makes use of the power-ups from the spectators box.

Wreck It

Race against other players while being able to repair your car at certain locations.

Buzzer Beater

This mode gives each player their own timer. When the timer reaches zero, the player loses. Increase the timer by

Bomb Ball

Two teams must push the bomb ball into the opposite side of the map and into the opposing team's area in order to score a point.

Diamond Adversary Series

A series of team deathmatch-like modes centered around the Diamond Casino.

Double Down

Two teams act as attackers or defenders. Defenders play as either Franklin or Lamar with a variety of weapons. Attackers are only allowed to use Double Barrel Shotguns.
