Edition Differences

All Premium Editions will contain the base game, GTA Online, as well as the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack, an add-on that provides players with several free items of their choice for GTA Online. These inclusions are only available to the Premium Editions of the game, and thus only available to PS4, XBOX One, and PC players.

Shark Card Bundle Currency Differences

Of the 7 available editions that can be purchased depending on your chosen platform, only the "Premium" Editions for PS4, XBOX One, and PC will have "Shark Card Bundles" available.

"Enhanced" Editions for the game, strictly on PS5 and XBOX Series X/S platforms, will receive apart from various graphical improvements and quality of life changes, the Career Builder – an all new feature available to the Enhanced Editions' GTA Online, which provides them with over $4,000,000 in cash.

Enhanced and Expanded Editions

Discount Period: 15 March, 2022 - 14 June, 2022

Grand Theft Auto V's "Enhanced and Expanded" next-gen version was recently released on the PS5 and XBOX Series X/S platforms. The game is sold in three parts – an Online only edition, a Story only edition, and one that combines both in a single package. All editions are currently sold at a discount only available between March 15, 2022 to June 14, 2022.

Versions of the Premium Edition found for last-gen consoles are currently unavailable to either of the next-gen platforms, and it is unknown if they will make the jump to them after the discount period for the three primary editions available to them.

Pricing

All prices for Grand Theft Auto V (Next-Gen), GTA Online, and Story Mode Only are currently fixed to their discounted price, available only until June 14, 2022.

Retailers

All Premium Editions can be bought at any regular retailer of your choice. Editions that are available for either PS5 or XBOX Series X/S meanwhile can only be bought via the platform's official store in either the Playstation Store or the XBOX Store.
